• Privacy and Data 3.1 Data Collection: The Software does not collect or process any personal data or personally identifiable information.

• Disclaimer of Warranties THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. User Delegation and Leave Management DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless User Delegation and Leave Management, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

• Modifications to the Terms User Delegation and Leave Management reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the cuditech.com website. Your continued use of the Software after the posting of any modified terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

• Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy, or to ask for them to be supplemented, canceled, updated, corrected, transformed into an anonymous format, or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons.
